§ Mr. KELLAWAYThe cost of the buildings and equipment of this factory was approximately £870,000. The factory had not been completed at the time of the signature of the Armistice, and has not been used for the manufacture of machine guns. The Government propose to retain the factory for the present. It is now being used for storage and for the repair of machine-guns.
