§ Mr. BECKThe pamphlets referred to are educational in aim, and were not published with any idea of profit. Large numbers of copies have been distributed free of charge to members of His Majesty's Forces, and to various interested bodies, and only about 50 per cent, of the copies printed have been placed on sale to the general public. Moreover, these were purposely sold at a price which brought them within the reach of the poorest. I regret to be unable to give my hon. Friend the information as to the result of the sales until the returns are received from the booksellers. Perhaps he will be kind enough to put down another question later on.
