§ Mr. CHURCHILLTwo cases of smallpox were reported as occurring among the troops of the Italian Expeditionary Force during the year 1918. One was reported in January, and the other in April. I cannot say whether the latter went to Italy in the spring of 1918, nor whether the soldier was vaccinated.
