Member refers was suitable for housing, but that the Inland Revenue valuation was substantially below the price asked by the owner. 205W My right hon. Friend has instructed the Commissioner to confer with the town council with a view to further negotiations with the owner. Should these fail, my right hon. Friend will not hesitate to recommend the use of compulsory powers.
