Lieut.-Colonel MURRAYasked the Secretary for Scotland whether steps are being taken to carry out the suggestion of the Rural Transport (Scotland) Committee that such quantities of railway materials, locomotives, and rolling stock used by the British Expeditionary Force as are required to meet such recommendations of the Committee as the Government may adopt should be set aside for the Government's own use and excluded from sale?
