§ Sir JAMES CRAIGPrivate Latham has now been awarded pension on the basis of a 20 per cent. disablement. I am informed by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Labour that steps are being taken to expedite the settlement of the claim against the Civil Liabilities Commission.
