§ Colonel LESLIE WILSONThe Shipping Controller has not been asked to supply any definite quantity of tonnage. The Ministry of Food has chartered for its requirements in the market. The Shipping Controller has merely assisted the Ministry of Food to obtain tonnage when it was not forthcoming without his direction.
