§ Major Sir KEITH FRASERasked the Minister of Labour if he will consider the question of granting temporary pensions to apprentices who have been serving in the Army, in view of the fact that many have been serving for years, and now on return to civil life they find their wages as apprentices totally inadequate to meet the increased cost of living?
§ Sir R. HORNEI would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the reply given on the 31st March to the hon. Member for the Drake Division of Plymouth, which outlined the scheme for assisting those persons whose apprenticeship was interrupted by service in His Majesty's Forces.
