asked the Postmaster-General if he will represent to the Admiralty that, in view of the dispersal to-day of the Grand Fleet, the "St. Ninian" might be well restored to the Shetland mail service, now on the point of breaking down owing to the urgent necessity for the present steamer being taken off for repairs?
