McNEILLasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether information has 2241W been given to the Treasury that certain freeholds and other property in Middlesex escheated to the Crown on the death of one Henry Page without heirs in 1829; whether the facts of the case have been, or will be, investigated; and whether it is intended to take any action to enforce the rights of the Crown or otherwise?
