§ Mr. BRIDGEMANThe Paper Restriction (Prohibition of Returns) Order, 1918, was withdrawn on 31st March. I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the answer I gave to the hon. Member for Ealing on March 20th and to the announcements which appeared in the Press on the following day.
