§ Dr. ADDISONI am not aware that graduates have not registered as Parliamentary electors for university constituencies for the reason mentioned by the hon. and gallant Member. Section 19 of the Representation of the People Act, 1918, entitles the governing body of every university forming part of a university constituency to charge a registration fee not exceeding £l. The matter is not one in which the Local Government Board have any authority to take any action.
