Chilcot has been brought to the attention of the Food Controller, who understands that Mr. Chilcot is contemplating legal proceedings in respect of the action alleged to have taken by the local food committee in relation to his shop. As the facts of the case are in dispute it is undesirable to make any statement on the second and third parts of the question.
