§ Mr. MACPHERSONI am afraid that the suggestion of my hon. Friend is not practicable. The proposal affects other Departments, and cannot be considered by the War Office independently. I may say, however, that the position in which various Orders and decorations are worn is regulated by precedence, and the decorations themselves give an indication of the nature of the services for which awarded.
