WILSONasked the Minister of Munitions whether, in view of his responsibility in connection with the restoration of trade union customs, he can give an assurance that he is using his best endeavours to secure the early introduction of the promised Bill to amend the Munitions of War Acts, seeing that the present delay is giving rise to unrest amongst the trade unions?
