§ Sir R. WINFREYThe ordinary close seasons for game remain in force and game licences are required except in those cases where occupiers of land are authorised by an agricultural executive committee under the Destruction of Pheasants Order to shoot pheasants. In such cases the close season does not apply, and no game licence is required.
