§ Mr. CLYNESThe calculations on which the average price of 2s. 3d. were based are contained in a Report of the Winter Prices Sub-committee on the Production and Distribution of Milk. A statement of these calculations will shortly be published in the third interim Report of the parent Committee, of which the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food is chairman.
