§ Mr. LONGCopies of the judgment have been forwarded to the High Commissioner for South Africa for his information, and no further immediate action by the Secretary of State seems to be called for. The judgment will no doubt form the subject of public discussion in the Legislative Council and elsewhere in Southern Rhodesia.
