Captain CRAIGasked the Under-Secretary of State for War if the necessary information mentioned in a letter from the Assistant Financial Secretary to the War Office, dated 2nd February, 1918, Reference No. 121, Transport 957 F. 6, to Mr. John Finlay with reference to the employment and payment of the latter as baker on the New Zealand transport "Uliamaroa" has yet been received; and, if not, what steps does be propose to take to ensure that Finlay shall be remunerated for the work he performed while acting as baker on the above ship?
