§ Mr. MACPHERSONMy right hon. Friend has asked me to answer this question. In reply to oral questions to-day, I gave my Noble Friend all the figures relating to the Army which are available. I do not think that any useful purpose would be served by instituting a special inquiry as suggested at the present time.
