§ Mr. MUNROThe Order now operative is that made by the Board of Agriculture for Scotland on 27th September, 1918, the substantive part of which is as follows
The occupier of any agricultural holding in Scotland is hereby authorised to kill by any means available deer that are trespassing on his grazings or causing injury to his crops.Provided that, where the Board are of opinion that the powers conferred by this Order are being abused by any such occupier, they may by notice served upon him suspend the operation of the said powers as regards his holding.
