§ Mr. KELLAWAYThis matter is still in negotiation, and I am not yet in a position to make a statement. Foremen in the engineering and allied trades in Scotland cannot be dealt with as a class. The Ministry has asked for particulars of the individual establishments in which the foremen are not paid in accordance with the Ministry's recommendation.
