§ Mr. MACPHERSONThe answer to the first part of my hon. Friend's question is in the negative. As regards the latter part, the names of those to whom this medal has been awarded are published quarterly in an appendix to Army Orders. When the grant of a medal has been notified in Army Orders the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief may, pending the issue of the medal, authorise the wearing of the regulation riband.
