§ Mr. DUKEPurchase agreements for the direct sale of this estate were lodged in 1904, but the Estates Commissioners required the property to be sold to them with a view to rearrangement of a number of holdings and other improvements which are being completed. The holdings will be vested in the tenants as soon as practicable.
