§ Mr. ANDERSONasked the Minister of Munitions whether he is aware that over 1,000 unskilled and semi-skilled men employed in-munition making at the factory of Messrs. Kynochs, at Arklow, have received notice of dismissal; why this action has been taken; and if it is pro posed to utilise the services of these men in any similar capacity?
