§ Mr. KELLAWAYThere is no power under the Munitions of War Acts to make an Order granting a bonus to employés remunerated by a weekly salary. Favourable consideration is, however, given to proposals by individual establishments for the payment of a bonus to the lower-paid male clerks of twenty-one years of age and over.
