§ Mr. SNOWDENasked the President of the Local Government Board whether men 528W engaged on work of national importance, and who, for the purpose of being registered as Parliamentary voters, have to get a certificate from the Central Tribunal, can now apply to the tribunal for such certificate so that they may be placed upon the register which is now being prepared?
