§ Mr. FORSTERWhen I stated in the replies referred to that the claim of these clerks was before the Conciliation and Arbitration Board, I had reason to believe that an award of the Board applying to them was shortly to be given. In this I was misinformed, but the case has now been disposed of as stated in the question.
