§ Mr. HAYES FISHERThe three Orders in Council issued under the Representation of the People Act made on the 4th and 22nd March were laid on the Table on the dates mentioned in the question. I understand that Papers which were laid but are not ordered to be printed are not delivered at the Vote Office, but that copies are available for hon. Members in the Library.
