§ Dr. MACNAMARAThe "Satellite" sank after collision with His Majesty's ship "Larkspur" on 5th April. The Admiralty having decided to repudiate liability, the solicitors for the "Satellite" have asked for the name of the commanding officer of His Majesty's ship "Larkspur" in order to commence legal proceedings against him. The cause of and liability for the accident will be investigated in those proceedings.
