GREENWOODasked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that Lance-Corporal David George Doe, No. 14136, late of the Royal Warwickshire Regiment, although discharged on the termination of his period of engagement under Paragraph 392 (xxi.) of the King's Regulations, after serving in France and Egypt during the present War, was subsequently granted a pension for disablement caused by the War and awarded a silver badge; whether he is aware that he has now been called up and placed in Grade 2 and ordered to report for military service, although the circumstances of his case would appear to entitle him to discharge under paragraph 392 (xvi.) of the King's Regulations, namely, no longer physically fit for war service; and what action he proposes to take?
