HUNTERasked the Minister of Reconstruction whether the Report of the Committee on the Reconstruction of the Poor Law recommends the scheme outlined by Lord George Hamilton; whether the Report has further been communicated to various persons, including Members of the House; and, if so; why the Report has not already been made accessible to Members of this House as a whole and to the general public?
