§ Mr. DUKEThe Irish Local Government Board have now appointed an advisory committee on matters relating to the care and supervision of the blind in Ireland. The chairman is Sir Thomas Stafford, Bart., C.B., and the members include representatives of various bodies interested in the welfare of the blind.
