Captain GUESTConferences have been held in a number of constituencies at the request of the local committees. They have principally been addressed by voluntary speakers. Some of the speakers who have attended have also spoken at other meetings held on the same day. The lee paid to them is according to the days they are engaged, and not to the number of meetings they address.
