Titshall, of 30, St. James Road, Edmonton, who holds a certificate of exemption from the Military Service Act, granted by a tribunal on the ground of health, was irregularly called up for re-examination under the Review of Exceptions Act, and put back R.R., and his total rejection certificate destroyed by the military representative; and whether he will take steps at once to remedy the irregularity which has taken place?
