§ Mr. SNOWDENasked the Minister of Munitions if he is aware that Messrs. H. Livesey, Limited, Green bank Ironworks, Blackburn, a controlled establishment, are employing a discharged soldier, who has lost one eye, at 10s. a week below the standard wages of the district; if he is aware that this action has caused indignation in the ranks of organised labour in the town; and whether, in view of the menace that such a practice is to the standard of living of the workmen, he will at once take steps to see that it is discontinued?
