§ Mr. SNOWDENasked the Postmaster General whether, in view of the concession which has recently been granted by the Home Office Committee in regard to conscientious objectors employed by them, under which men with twelve months' approved service under the Committee may be allowed to take up private employment, he will request the Committee to place at the service of the Post Office those men employed under the scheme who were previously employed by the Post Office; and will he utilise the services of these men if the permission of the Home Office can be obtained?
§ Mr. ILLINGWORTHI do not consider the re-employment of these men in the Post Office under existing conditions is. desirable.
