§ Mr. HAYES FISHERMy right hon. Friend has asked me to reply to this question. Two Orders in Council have been issued under the date of 4th March; one altering certain dates relating to registration, and the other prescribing forms for England and Wales. A further Order dated 22nd March has been issued prescribing forms for Scotland and Ireland respectively.
