§ Mr. MACPHERSONThe person referred to by my hon. and gallant Friend is prisoner of war, Lieutenant Spindler, who was, I am informed, brought under escort on the 19th November from the Prisoners of War Camp, at Kegworth,2244W Derbyshire, to attend a Prize Court in London. He was allowed to breakfast on the railway train in a compartment where there were no other passengers. During the meal the escort remained with him, and immediately afterwards took him to an ordinary compartment.
