§ Mr. KELLAWAYIn view of the very limited number of cheap week-end vouchers which have been placed at my disposal I have found it necessary to confine their issue to workers in controlled establishments. The establishment to which my hon. Friend refers has not been controlled, and I regret that I am not in a position to grant their employés any special facilities.
