§ Mr. PEASEI am anxious to find as many places as possible in the Post Office for disabled soldiers not previously in the postal service. No proposal for redistribution of work is at present under consideration, but, as I have previously stated, I am considering the appointment of an Advisory Committee to discuss questions arising out of the employment of disabled men.
