§ Mr. FIELDasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he has received complaints forwarded per Dublin Mercantile Association of delays and refusals by carrying companies to convey goods to Dublin from different centres in Great Britain; and whether he will cause inquiries to be made and arrange that an immediate improvement shall be made?
