asked the President of the Board of Agriculture if, having regard to the damage done by rooks to newly sown corn and the impossibility of reducing them sufficiently by shooting, he will enable war agricultural committees 618W for this season and to a limited degree to reduce their numbers by the use of poisoned grain to be used before the hatching season begins?
