§ Mr. CULLINANasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether he has received a resolution passed by the executive of the 1582W Association of Municipal Authorities in Ireland, repeating their request for a public inquiry into the charges made by the Tipperary Urban Council as to the alleged misapplication of loans under the Land Improvement Acts; and, as the town clerk and members of the Tipperary Urban Council dispute the accuracy of the statements contained in his letter of the 3rd November, 1916, to the secretaries of the Association of Municipal Authorities in Ireland and are prepared to substantiate the charges made, he will now grant the public inquiry asked for?
