§ Mr. WATTasked the Secretary for Scotland whether his attention has been called to the fact that the stipends of parish church ministers in Scotland in cases where those are regulated by fiars' prices have been nearly doubled this year; and, if so, will he take steps to provide that they shall be subject to Excess Profits Tax?
