§ Mr. DUKERegulations have been made in Ireland, as in Great Britain, to prohibit the collection of money or the selling of articles for the benefit of charitable or other purposes without the permission of the police authorities. These regulations are made pursuant to the Statute 6 and 7 Geo. V., c. 31, s.5.
