§ Mr. KELLAWAYI am not aware that the facts are as stated in the question, and I am informed that all claims in respect of the first explosion received prompt attention, though in certain cases payment has not yet been made because the builders' accounts have not been received. If my hon. Friend will furnish me with particulars of any case in which he would like inquiry made, I will have it investigated. 413W With regard to payment of compensation in respect of the second explosion, I beg to refer my hon.
