§ Sir R. WINFREYIn reply, I will refer my hon. Friend to the statements made on behalf of the Government in the Debate which occurred in the House of Lords yesterday. It is not possible as yet to make a definite estimate of the number of men required for the task of ploughing up and working the large additional acreage which the Government contemplate will be put under crops.
