§ Mr. HOUSTONasked the Under-secretary of State for War whether he is aware that Mr. Arthur Wadman, of 464, Mill Street, Liverpool, who had been rejected 403W in June, 1915, and again in July, 1916, on account of hernia and heart disease, was re-examined by the Liverpool Medical Board, 19th June, 1917, and passed for general service; whether it is in accordance with War Office instructions that men suffering from hernia and heart disease are passed for general service; and, if not, will he give instructions that Mr. Wadman and other men suffering from similar causes shall not be called up?
