§ Mr. MORRELLasked the Under-Secretary of State for War if he is aware that several cases in which field punishment was awarded are reported to have occurred recently at the remount camp at Swaythling, near Southampton, and that in one case the charge was one of drunkenness and swearing in the streets of Southampton; and if he will have inquiries made into this matter?
